These terms govern your use of this website and your enquiries or bookings made with Yogi Tours & Travels. By using this site, you agree to them.

Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting a booking widget, quote or contact form on this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we've communicated availability, an itemised quotation and you've agreed to proceed.

Pricing

Quotations are based on the details you provide (route, dates, vehicle, passengers). Final pricing may be adjusted if trip details change, and typically excludes tolls, parking, interstate permits and driver allowance for multi-day trips unless stated otherwise in your quotation.

Vehicle & Driver Allocation

We aim to provide the vehicle category confirmed in your booking. In rare cases (breakdown, unavailability), we may substitute a comparable or better vehicle and will inform you as early as possible.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and drivers respectfully. We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Liability

While we take reasonable care in vehicle maintenance and driver selection, travel involves inherent risk. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
