21 vs 25 Seater Mini Bus: Which Should You Book?

Both mini buses suit mid-sized groups — here's how to decide between the 21 and 25 seater for your event or trip.

When a Tempo Traveller isn't enough but a full-size coach feels like overkill, our mini bus range covers the gap. Both the 21 Seater and 25 Seater Mini Bus are priced on request, since group transport quotes depend on route, duration and exact headcount.

21 Seater Mini Bus

A close variant suited to mid-sized office teams, wedding guest groups, and school outings that need more capacity than a Tempo Traveller but don't require a full coach. Good for groups in the high teens to low twenties.

25 Seater Mini Bus

Our most frequently requested mini bus size — large enough for a full department or wedding party, while still comfortable to manoeuvre through city routes and hill roads alike. If your headcount is closer to 22–25, this is usually the more comfortable choice, since booking the 21-seater for a group that size leaves little room to spare.

Making the Call

The simplest rule: count your group, add a few seats of buffer for last-minute additions, and match that to the closest capacity. For anything above 25, see our tourist bus range (40 and 55 seater).

Both mini buses are available for outstation trips, corporate transport and wedding transportation — get in touch with your group size and dates for a quote.
